Ingredients
(1) 12 large shrimp, medium (peeled, cleaned).
(2) 10 The Mushrooms
(3) 1 bunch lemongrass (Smash it into pieces and cut into approximately 2 ").
(4) 3 kaffir lime leaves
(5) 1 teaspoon salt
(6) 2 tablespoons fish sauce
(7) 3 tablespoons lemon juice
(8) Paprika 6 tablets (crushed bash).
(9) 4 cups water
(10) Celery 1/2 cup (roughly chopped).
How to do step by step
1. Peel shrimp , leaving tails on ( so beautiful when cooked ) shrimp , then cut back to remove the black vein . Then the straw mushrooms washed thoroughly , cut into 4 parts and lead to desiccation.
2. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Then add the lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves and shrimp on the shrimp begin to turn pink ( cooked ) Add sliced mushrooms and salt.
3. After the water boils off. And take the pot out of the oven. Season with fish sauce , lemon juice and paprika. When completed lap Serve the sauce in a cup. Decorate with coriander and served in an instant. With steamed rice.
